Organizations often bleed money, eat into a new round of financing, and get ahead of the process of building a successful company by deploying sales and marketing resources inappropriately. Gaining traction and growing a company’s revenues based upon new products and services is much easier if a phase that may be categorize as “exploratory sales” is undertaken. [...]
